The schedule focuses on two main ingredients to fitness:

strength and stretching.

 

STRENGTH – The schedule pays particular attention to strengthening the upper body, back, hips, buttocks, legs and abdomen. With continual practice you will find yourself naturally sitting straight in your saddle, and using your body efficiently.

 

STRETCH – The schedule stretches the entire body, with extra emphasis on the neck, shoulders, back, hips, buttocks and legs. At the end of the schedule riders are prompted to observe their BREATHING, and to feel their horse's breath; a beautiful way to unite with your horse.

 

The instructions and colour photos are clear and easy to follow.The size of the poster is a massive A2 (42cm by 59cm), and has been laminated in a mat finish for durability. Simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
